What Low MOQ Means

Lower quantities normally mean higher unit costs, while mills and trim suppliers may have their own minimums. Smaller orders do not automatically shorten fabric sourcing or finishing lead times.

Who It Is For

Growing brands producing early collections, established brands testing a new category, capsule drops and limited collections, and corporate/event/teamwear programmes needing repeatable quality.

Alternative

For projects below custom-production minimums, German-stock DRU blanks may provide a faster separate route.

Realistic Timing

We review the tech pack, technical sketch or reference garment for quantity, fabric, construction, decoration and target timing.

Where required, we develop the pattern and produce a sample. According to the source commercial model, a custom sample is typically charged at five times the estimated bulk unit price, plus print/embroidery setup and courier; pattern development may be additional.

Fit, fabric, colour and construction comments are reviewed. Many projects require one or two revision rounds after the first sample.

After final approvals, fabric and trims are planned, followed by bulk production with in-line checks and a final inspection before shipment.

The first sample usually takes 20–25 working days after complete technical information, payment and material readiness; bulk production generally takes 5–8 weeks after final approvals. Material development, revisions and transit are additional.
